Typewriter Rivet Shirt
The architect "Valerio Olgiati" served as the theme for this season's collection. While looking at his works and drawings, I noticed a building of his that used many pillars. When examining the architectural drawing of this building, I saw dot marks that seemed to design the empty spaces. This rivet shirt incorporates the placement of rivets and these empty spaces intuitively, inspired by that drawing. The material is a 60 high-density typewriter fabric made from only rare, long-staple, high-grade organic cotton. The unique slipperiness of Indian cotton creates a supple drape, resulting in a soft, lustrous, and elegant material.
